Users may not:

• distribute it
• use it for the benefit of other individuals or entities
• extract commercial benefit outside the framework of the platform
without prior written consent from the management of TOURS’R’US Tourism Service Ltd.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, algorithms, databases, interface, and other elements of the platform are the exclusive property of TOURS’R’US Tourism Service Ltd.
4. Limitation of Liability and Platform Status
GETGUIDE is a technological B2B platform that facilitates communication between professional tourism industry participants.
TOURS’R’US Tourism Service Ltd. is not a party to any agreements, contracts, or transactions concluded between platform users.
The platform does not directly provide tourism services and does not determine the specific commercial terms of tours.
Full responsibility for:
• the scope of services provided
• service quality
• compliance with agreed terms
• financial settlements between parties
rests solely with the participants of the respective transaction.
The company is not liable for actions or omissions of users outside the operational scope of the platform.
5. Suspension of Access
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of violation of these Terms.
